Very rare complete set of 3 works. Folio. Vol. I (Assyrian Medical Texts, Oxford University Press, London, 1923): vii & 107 pages. Vol. II (Assyrian Herbal, Luzac, London, 1924): xxvii & 294 pages. Vol. III (Chemistry of Ancient Assyrians, Luzac, London, 1925): 158 pages, 6 plates on 4 leaves. A great rarity in Assyriology. Already individual works are hard to find but it's almost impossible to gather a complete set of Campbell's three treatises on Assyrian Science. From the library of the Karl-Sudhoff-Institute for the History of Medicine (and Sciences) of the Leipzig University, which was dispersed by sale by the end of 2018. Language: English.
