The University of Chicago Press, Chicago, 1930. The text volume is the first edition, while the plates volume is the 1991 reprint. In-4, xxiv & 591 pages, 8 plates. Folio: xiii pages & 46 color plates. Original cloth with boards. The text volume is slightly rubbed and the paper is partly broken on the hinge of the front cover.
