Small folio, frontispiece, iii & 28 pages, 53 plates (i.e. 54 counting the frontispiece). Rebound in red library cloth with gilt lettering on spine. Binding with library sticker, minor wear along edges. Library bookplate on inside front cover. Pages 19 through 27 plus index are provided in facsimile printed to white paper, slightly shorter at foredge than other pages. Library stamps on top and bottom edges.
