Very rare complete set of 2 volumes. Longman, Rees, Orme, Brown, Green, & Longman, London, 1834. First edition. In-8. Brown half-leather. The exteriors are in excellent condition. The bindings are firm. The volumes contain new endpapers. A vignette is found on each title page: "Site of Chaenoboscion" in the first volume and "The False Pyramid" in the second volume. The pages exhibit light toning, scattered smudging, and occasional light foxing. Library markings appear on a preliminary page of each volume.
