Extremely rare complete set of 8 volumes. Archaeological Survey of Nubia 1, 2 & 3. National Printing Department, Cairo, 1910-1927. First edition. Folio. All volumes are in their original green hardcover with boards (smudged), with edges slightly chipped and have stamps of the Library of the Royal College of Surgeons - England, sometimes only on the front cover, sometimes in the text. Vol. I,1 (1910): 373 pages. Front hinge loose, first two pages are loose. Vol. I,2 (1910): 25 pages, 73 plates, 30 plans. In good general condition. Vol. II,1 (1910): 378 pages, 6 plans. In good general condition. Vol. II,2 (1910): 9 pages, 49 plates. In good general condition, but with ink stains on back of rear cover and unhinged in two places, with one or two loose pages. Vol. III,1 (1912): 211 pages. In good general condition. Vol. III,2 (1912): 16 pages, 55 plates, 20 plans. Unhinged between text and plates with two loose plates, lower part of spine is missing. Vol. IV (1915): 180 pages, 41 pages, 5 plans. In poor outside condition: all the spine is gone, the front cover is faded and has a cup stain. Vol. V (1927): 239 pages, 36 plates, 14 plans.
